Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to all U.S. states. Products containing kratom cannot be shipped to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wisconsin.

Products containing delta-9 THC may have additional restrictions. You will be notified at checkout if your order cannot be fulfilled for your location. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Paradise Kava is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
