Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please reach out to us. We want every customer to have a great experience with Paradise Kava and will do our best to make it right.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for orders that do not meet the above criteria.
